The Make-A-Wish Foundation hosted its Black Tie & Tennies Gala on Aug. 13th at the Hyatt Regency Guam. Funds raised from the fundraising event are to be used to grant life-changing wishes to a child with a critical illness. Last year, the theme for the event was the Roaring ‘20s. This year, the crowd was invited to move seven decades ahead to celebrate the 1990s.
