MAYA Jama has shared a throwback photo of herself during her teenage years – as she looks world apart from her current glam appearance.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, Maya shared a throwback video that her old dance teacher posted of Maya during a dance class.

In the throwback video, a bare-faced Maya has long curly hair and is wearing baggy 90’s style clothes.
Maya who’s known for her glamorous fashion posts on social media looked unrecognisable in the video.
The TV presenter showed her fans that she’s just like everyone else and made fun of her appearance.
Reposting the video on her Instagram stories, the 28-year-old penned: Oh my god. Fresh dance days, my head looks a joke [laughing face emoji].”
Maya’s throwback video comes after the star split from fiance Ben Simmons following a “difficult time” over their conflicting schedules.
The pair who got engaged nine months ago reportedly, realised they were from “two different worlds”, according to The New York Post.
A source has told the publication of the break up, confirming The Sun’s exclusive in July.
They said: “It’s been a difficult time for them.
“While they both care for each other so much, they truly gave it their all and realise that they just come from two different worlds.
Maya has just recently been announced as the new Love Island 2023 host.
